The GSVDESIGN team in the Frascati office

Not a collection of individual appointments, but a single team: architects and engineers who share an office, tools and method.

Every project goes through internal review across disciplines, so that the experience gained on one work becomes a resource available to all the others. For public clients, this means a single point of contact and continuous oversight throughout the entire contract cycle.

Five phases, one continuous oversight

From understanding the existing built fabric to managing the completed work, the information process accompanies every step.

Knowledge
Archival research, topographic survey and laser scanning: the point cloud minimises uncertainty and design errors.
Design
Architectural, structural and building services design at the levels required by the regulations, with interdisciplinary coordination.
Model
Information requirements, model coordination and clash detection before construction begins, in accordance with UNI 11337.
Site
Works Supervision and health and safety coordination under Legislative Decree No. 81/2008: works accounting, time, costs, variations, testing and acceptance.
Management
The as-built model becomes the information copy of the work, on which maintenance and future interventions can be planned.
