from survey to final acceptance

Our services cover the whole life of a public works project, from knowledge of the existing asset to assistance with final acceptance.

• Design — architectural, structural, building services and energy — at the stages set by the Public Contracts Code, with Minimum Environmental Criteria and the DNSH principle.
• Works supervision with contract accounting, time and cost control, variation management and assistance with final acceptance.
• Health and safety coordination at design and construction stage (articles 91 and 92 of D.Lgs. 81/2008), including in facilities that remain in operation.
• Laser scanning and scan-to-BIM of public and listed buildings, as a basis for design and asset management.
• Existing bridges and viaducts: inventory, inspections, Class of Attention and assessments under the Guidelines adopted by Ministerial Decree MIT of 1 July 2022, no. 204.
• BIM management: information requirements, model coordination and clash detection, also as specialist support to the contracting authority.

For below-threshold commissions, the authority may also choose the provider from its own lists of operators.

Direct awards of engineering and architecture services below 140,000 euros may be made by choosing, among others, from the lists or registers set up by the contracting authority (D.Lgs. 36/2023, article 50, paragraph 1, letter b). Above that amount, and up to the EU thresholds, a negotiated procedure among at least five operators applies (article 50, paragraph 1, letter e).

We are available for registration in lists of economic operators and provide, on request, the company profile, references and quality management documentation.

Every deliverable goes through an internal check before issue, under the certified quality management system. BIM models follow internal standards that can be adapted to the authority's information requirements. On site, works supervision and safety coordination provide continuous, documented oversight.
