Before being a company,
we are a team
GSVDESIGN was founded in July 2019, bringing together professionals with experience in some cases spanning more than a decade, who chose to pool their working methods, skills and networks, investing together in equipment and training.
Our shared home
The operational office as a club house
The first step was a shared home: a place to make the most of our experience and share it. In rugby it is called the club house. It is there, as well as on the pitch, that you become a team.
In a team it is important to share one's weaknesses too: that is what sets continual improvement in motion, which is essential in an organisation working in architecture and engineering. The operational office is in Frascati, at Via Gregoriana 43, in the heart of the Castelli Romani.
From here the team works mainly in Rome and the Castelli Romani area, with appointments extending to the rest of Lazio and, for survey and setting-out work, across Italy.
Mission
The technical activities each work requires
We carry out the technical activities needed for the construction and maintenance of buildings and building services, the diagnosis of infrastructure, environmental, impact and strategic assessments, urban planning and the restoration of historic buildings.
The objectives set for each design level are achieved by forming independent working groups under the coordination of the Technical Directorate: operational autonomy within a unified direction.

The team
Different skills, one method
A multidisciplinary team
Qualified professionals in architecture, engineering and geology, each with more than ten years' experience in their field.
Technical Directorate
Led by Arch. Gianluca Ferrari, qualified as a construction site health and safety coordinator and in fire safety design.
BIM-certified professionals
BIM Manager, CDE Manager, BIM Coordinator and BIM Specialist, all in-house.
Property valuation
Carried out in accordance with standard UNI 11558 by a duly qualified member of the cooperative.

We work mainly on public contracts, with key roles in projects linked to the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) and the Jubilee.
